Blogging part of Mymediablogs.com Channel

I had received invitation to attend Pesta Blogger 2007. This event will be held next week in Blitz Megaplex Jakarta, moved from previous plan in Hard Rock Cafe. Having had confirmed by email, I received invitation, a passcode (no dresscode, so I think it will be informal way), and my name is displayed on audience list. To many visitors, I am well-known as blogger in #direktif, but I want to be myself as blogger in common term, represent various sites I maintain.

I have several nice things for Pesta Blogger:

1. it will be a nice event to meet many friends I knew only on cyberspace;
2. how about photobloggers (or bloggers with non-text media in common)? I ever wrote this issue on Flickr — as many Indonesian photobloggers are active there — but not yet responses come;
3. continuity — wow, it sounds too early, but an annual Pesta Blogger will be a great event we can meet and talk;`
4. wider audience: Indonesia is a large country, it needs an enormous effort to embrace all nation-wide bloggers. But still a challenge: how if Pesta hold in eastern part of Indonesia, for example? Deal with sponsorship for accomodation? Perhaps…

Well, time will tell and progress can be started from single step.
