The Indonesia tweetup meeting few days ago maybe one good indication that new media have the power to gather people. The meeting is a casual meet up between Indonesia Twitter user (well, not all Indonesian, actually). Ok. I’m now waiting for the bigger new media event: Pesta Blogger.

I don’t quite get the idea of placing thousands of features on some social networking websites like Facebook, MySpace, Friendster, Linkedin, etc. I personally don’t know whether we really need that stuffs or not.
