Editorial policy
This page explains how MyMediaBlogs produces its articles and what readers can expect from us.
How we choose topics
We monitor what readers search for in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Mexico (including Google Trends) and select the topics that fit our sections: World, Business, Tech, Culture, Sport and Entertainment. We do not cover topics where we cannot find at least three reliable sources.
How we use AI
Our articles are prepared with the help of AI tools, which summarise and structure information taken from the sources listed at the end of each article. AI is a drafting tool, not an author:
- Every article is read, checked and approved by an editor before it is published. Nothing is published automatically.
- Each article lists the sources it relies on.
- We do not invent quotes, figures or people. We do not create fictitious author profiles.
- Articles are signed by our newsroom and reviewed and approved by Jean Patrik, who runs the newsroom.
Sources and fact-checking
We rely on established news organisations, official documents and primary sources. Figures, dates, names and quotes are checked against the sources before publication. When sources disagree, we say so.
People and entertainment news
We only write about public figures and only about facts reported by reliable sources. We do not publish rumours, and we do not cover private individuals.
Translations
Some stories are published in several languages. Each version is adapted for its readers and reviewed by a native speaker.
Independence
Advertisers and partners have no influence on our editorial content. Affiliate links, if any, are clearly labelled.
Sponsored content is an article paid for by an advertiser. It is labelled “Sponsored content from…” at the top of the page and in article lists, its links are marked as sponsored, and it is reviewed and approved like any other article. We do not accept sponsored content about gambling, cryptocurrencies, payday loans or health.
Corrections
We correct mistakes quickly and transparently. See our corrections policy.
